In this 30-minute class, Addie takes you through some heat building cardio sequences and strengthening sets to work you out head to toes (but especially glutes).

Addie wears tennis shoes because there is a lot of jumping (and her garage floor is cold). You can opt for bare feet, but you might want to grab a rung wrap for moves where you're climbing on the Fuse Ladder.

Addie 6 - HIIT 2
Addie uses the springs like "battle ropes" at one point during this workout. Be careful to keep the arcs long and reduce how much pulling on the springs you're doing. The yellow springs will be easier and more flexible than the purple springs. They should feel smooth and loose in their movement.
