Addie uses the springs like "battle ropes" at one point during this workout. Be careful to keep the arcs long and reduce how much pulling on the springs you're doing. The yellow springs will be easier and more flexible than the purple springs. They should feel smooth and loose in their movement.

Addie is bringing the burn - slow and fast - in this class that alternates between quick movements and more methodical ones. It will work full body.
