Meghan Uhl owns 416 Pilates in Crystal Lake, IL a N/W suburb of the city. Her 1500 sq foot studio specializes in movement and education for all ages and sports 8 Fuse Ladders.

She is a Kinesiologist, Certified Pilates Instructor, MELT and Master Instructor for Fuse and Balanced Body Education. Her ability to help you "find, feel and discover" will keep your mind and body challenged using her favorite piece in her studio (you guessed it - the Fuse Ladder.) Make no mistake about it, Meghan packs a punch in each one of her classes and you'll love her energy, transitions, and style.

Outside of teaching, you’ll find Meghan at her daughters’ swim matches. Each of them is a scholarship bound athlete, and they get some of their cross-training on the Ladder. When she has a minute away from training, you might find Meghan on a boat or enjoying her fabulously manicured garden.

  • Meghan 1 - Get Moving with Your Ladder

    This full length class explores a variety of exercises you can do with the Fuse Ladder using both rungs and springs. Meghan focuses on alignment and a mix of Pilates and body weight exercises.

  • Meghan 2 - Arms & Core in 20 Min

    This class is upper body focused, with a sprinkling of ab work (it's all connected after all).

  • Meghan 3 - Foam Roller Teacher Tip

    Meghan uses a foam roller and the Fuse Ladder to help you find where like to live in your body (and adjust accordingly).

  • Meghan 4 - All About the Diagonals

    Meghan's class is a full-body core focused workout examining the body's sling systems (what makes movement smooth, walking possible, balance doable...). Expect some really cool exercise variations!

  • Meghan U 5 - Fuse Ladder + Core Align

    Do you have a Fuse Ladder and a Core Align? Meghan Uhl is a teacher trainer for both, and when we asked her to make us a workout combining the two, she jumped on it (or shall we say pushed/glided/pulled/slid?)
