  • Kim 1 - Just the Rungs

Grab a towel and a small mat (or your rung pad) for this creative workout with Kim that has you using the rungs of the Fuse Ladder but no springs. Don't worry, though - it's plenty challenging without them!

  • Kim 2 - Unilateral Flows

In this full length class, Kim takes you through unilateral flows where your stabilizers will kick in to keep you level. Most of us have a strong side. We also have a more stable side. Find yours. Plus, it's a great challenge for your brain.

Although Kim uses two mats, you won't need an extra one.

  • Kim 3 - Ladder + Balance Ball

In this creative class, Kim uses the balance ball for all of the exercises (you'll also need your long purple springs and backboard).

  • Kim 4 - Ladder + Reformer Box

In this creative class, Kim uses her reformer box for a full body workout with the Fuse Ladder.

If you don't have a reformer box, soft plyometrics boxes or even an ottoman can work!
