Kimberly Spencer is a dedicated Mobility and Pilates instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. Her lifelong passion for teaching movement began during her teenage years, following her through a professional dance career and ultimately to her certification as a Pilates teacher under Long Beach Dance Conditioning.

Kimberly's journey has always seemed to move in the field of movement therapy. She continued to grow her skills in a Physical Therapy and Pilates clinic for six years, before establishing her own studio. While also a mother of two (formerly) high level competitive gymnasts, she developed an even deeper interest in the science behind enhancing mobility, preventing injuries, and promoting strength post recovery, leading to three accreditations as a Mobility and Strength Specialist in the Functional Range Conditioning® System. In addition to her studio clients, she currently works with professional soccer players from the LA Futbol Club and corporations like Universal Studios where she guid es everyone from professional athletes, to cooks and cashiers, to actors and executives through joint specific movements to relieve work-related pain and improve performance levels.

Kimberly believes that everyone possesses the power to unlock their body's potential. She's dedicated to providing individuals with the tools to improve joint health, increase body awareness, and continuously expand their capabilities through simple movement techniques. Kimberly values the importance of
maintaining balance, persistence, and patience in all aspects of life and strives to help guide others and herself to do the same.
