Do you want to do cardio without jumping? In this class, Meghan from 416 Pilates takes us through a heart-pumping workout that doesn't bounce. She uses the Balanced Body Bodhi for some of the exercises. You can substitute the Fuse Ladder Circus straps, a TRX, or even the long purple springs for those exercises (be careful with the purple springs as their instability will make it harder).
