Katerina Nicodemus received her 500 RYT Yoga certification from Karuna Yoga School at Shipton under Wychwood, UK 2011 while living in the UK and has been teaching ever since. Katerina holds her E-RYT 500 from Yoga Alliance. In 2016, Katerina became Yoga Warriors Instructor for Post Traumatic Stress and the Mind-Body Connection, and started her Pilates training with Balanced Body on the reformer. The following year, Katerina entered a comprehensive Pilates training at TheraPilates with Sherri Betz and is now PMA certified.

Being influenced by her occupational therapy education, Katerina attended the beginners and advanced Pilates for Neurological Conditions course. During her training she became inspired by the Fuse Ladder equipment and purchased in order to expand her teaching repertoire. In May of 2019, Katerina graduated from occupational therapy and is currently undergoing a mentorship with The Neuro Studio. That same year, Katerina became qualified teacher for the CoreAlign under Balanced Body and plans to become fully certified. Katerina is originally from Czech Republic, has three teen daughters, a dog, a cat and lives currently with her family in Texas. Katerina believes in the power of mind, breath, movement and a holistic approach to life.
